In setting up the ambush an enemy motorbike with 2x pax was engaged and dealt with. The second vehicle of this forward element (a BRDM) passed by without contact
Numerous explosives were set around the ambush area, including APERS mines to the north and a selection of approx 20 SLAM mines and other misc charges

Ambush completed as per plan, explosives were detonated when the lead vehicle hit the predetermined point.
Initial BDA indicates good effect.
