- Analysis of on site CCTV & Daltgreen body camera footage shows FROG personnel gaining illegal entry & trespassing on Daltgreen property before unnecessarily restraining Daltgreen security forces.
- Daltgreen forces escalated to attack with lethal weaponry without justification on FROG units outside of Daltgreen territory - misuse of Defensive Security Permit.
- Both FROG and Daltgreen Security forces are to be warned & fined to the value of €15,000 per offence. Additional offences after this notice are to result in larger fines & potential revocation of contracts & licenses to operate on Altis.
FINES:
- FROG are to pay €45,000 not including any additional compensation for medical treatment of injured Daltgreen Personnel.
- Daltgreen are to pay €75,000 not including any additional compensation for medical treatment of injured FROG Personnel.
